Sativa “IVA”

Sativa was 11 years young, of Fort Worth, Texas. Passed peacefully in her sleep on July 19th, 2026.

Iva, the sweetest most prettiest Pit Bull Mastiff mix. Came into our live during the the Christmas season of 2014 and instantly become the best companion that anyone can dream of. With her witty smarts, soulful eyes, and emotional support that all of us were blessed to have. She could read the room and engage in whatever behavior that was needed at the moment she was that intelligent. We would always say that she knows English. Such a good girl.

She loved hanging out with Harley Quinn, they were everything together. She was her big sister and was always there in any moment to make her feel more comfortable. Harley and Iva were the best duo.

Iva loved her toys. Whether it be one made from Kong, or one we made out of a sock she was always filled with enjoyment. You could see it on her face. She loved chilling in the pool during the Texas heat, and napping anywhere on the cool floor. Iva was there through moves, birthdays, tough days, and celebrations. Always offering a paw, or a hug. She is survived by her devoted family: Nicholas, Nathan, Alaina, Melissa, and Barry. Iva also leaves behind many happy memories.

In memory of her, always remember that we can get through the tough times and live a wonderful life. Sativa, you gave us many years of happiness and pure love. Thank you for the the best girl, and caring for our family. We’ll carry you in our hearts forever.
